The 24th June turned out to be a "Purple Day" as nearly 400 participants strode accroos the Forth Road Bridge to raise awareness for Kidney Research UK. Allthough the weather was not at its best, it did not dampen the enthusiasum of the walkers. There is a huge array of  people to thank and i wish i could list them all, but you all know who you are . People came from far and wide and it seems that some who are new to volunteering have caught the bug so we look forward to seeing you all again at our next event.
